    I was a little worried about staying with a small child, but the staff were very attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Accommodation was thoughtfully set up for children, with cute robots and a diaper disposal bin, so our whole family had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

  • Incredible value with tons of services included.

    I’ve stayed at many Beppu Onsen Accommodations, and this one offers the best value for money.I checked in around 3:30 p.m. and went straight to the large public bath for a soak. Afterward, there was a free beer and drinks service in the relaxation area, so I had a few before returning to my Room. Back in the Room, I slowly enjoyed the beer and sake I’d brought until dinner time. Just before 6:00 p.m., the front desk called to say they would come to prepare dinner, and an attendant arrived and efficiently set up the in-Room meal. The food was a mini kaiseki course—nothing extravagant, but both quality and quantity were more than satisfying. For drinks, I ordered two servings of warmed Nishinoseki sake and enjoyed it very much.Breakfast was a buffet in the dining area with plenty of Japanese and Western options, and I left completely full. After breakfast, there was also complimentary coffee and sweets in the lobby—so generous it made me wonder how they can make it work.In any case, this is an Accommodation you’ll definitely be satisfied with, so I highly recommend it.
