Activities at the foot of Mount Fuji, luxurious bath time with natural Vanadium water.

The world's closest resort to Mount Fuji. Enjoy various activities such as tennis on a vast site of approximately 50,000 tsubo at the foot of Mount Fuji. All water in our Hotel is high-concentration natural vanadium water with the highest domestic level (120μg/l). Rain and snow falling on Mount Fuji permeate through basalt layers over many years, becoming natural water rich in vanadium and other minerals in a well-balanced composition. Indulge in luxurious bath time in your Room.

  • The Room was spacious and really great. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was very convenient. My child vomited in the bedroom at night, and I cleaned it up myself; being able to move my child to the other bedroom during that time was a big help. When I went to the front desk to let them know what happened, they told me not to worry, which made me feel relieved. What was disappointing was that we couldn’t use the public bath, and that the pool hours were only until 5:00 PM. It would have been much easier to use if the pool were available until around 6:00–7:00 PM, but in the end it didn’t fit our schedule, so we left without using it.

  • This was my first visit in about three years. We stayed in the same DX Four-Bed Room, and it seemed like everything except the bathroom area had been renovated—it looked very clean and refreshed. It wasn’t outdated before; it had a solid, classic feel that we liked. This time we visited as a family, and my sons were very satisfied with the modern, clean Room.I’d love to stay again. Since the bath area didn’t seem to have been renovated and the shower head felt a bit old, I rated it 4 stars. For dinner, we added a 200 g steak, and everyone’s first reaction was “Delicious!!”

  • Autumn Leaves Festival

    Autumn Weather in Lake Kawaguchi

Early autumn around Lake Kawaguchi, about 5°C cooler than Tokyo on average, is welcomed by delicate cosmos flowers in full bloom along the lakeshore. With an average temperature of 18.8°C in September, it’s comfortably mild—ideal for enjoying “autumn of the arts,” such as visiting museums around the lake. However, rainfall is as frequent as during the rainy season, so rain gear is essential. From late September, many days start to feel chilly, so we recommend long pants with a long-sleeve base layer and a thicker shirt or jacket.
In October, when Mt. Fuji’s first snowfall is observed, temperatures drop sharply and the average low falls to 9°C. In November, when autumn leaves are at their best, the average high is 14.0°C. Nighttime temperatures can fall below 3°C; at illuminated foliage spots it can be cold enough for bonfires to be lit. For comfort and peace of mind, dress warmly from head to toe with a thick base layer, sweater, coat, and boots.

  • Kawaguchiko Autumn Leaves Festival

    Autumn Sightseeing in Lake Kawaguchi

There are two major autumn foliage spots around Lake Kawaguchi. One is the “Momiji Corridor,” where the Fuji Kawaguchiko Autumn Leaves Festival is held every year, and the other is the famous “Momiji Tunnel,” renowned for its iconic combination of Mt. Fuji, the lake, and maple leaves. Photos of the Momiji Tunnel are widely seen everywhere—from tourism posters at stations to guidebooks—making it one of the most recognizable fall scenes in Japan.
From Lake Kawaguchi’s north shore, you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji across the water, so beautiful autumn scenery can be appreciated from many vantage points. It has even been featured on the cover of a Michelin travel guide in the past.
At an elevation of 830 meters, Lake Kawaguchi welcomes autumn earlier than central Tokyo. The leaves begin to change color from around late October, with peak viewing typically from early to mid-November.

About Hygiene Measures
Measures Against COVID-19 Dear Guests, At our Property, we are taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests. In accordance with the "Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures in Accommodation Facilities (1st Edition)," we are implementing the following initiatives. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. 1. Installation of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed at the Hotel entrance, lobby, restaurant, restrooms, and other areas, allowing guests to sanitize their hands at any time. We ensure that the sanitizers are regularly replenished. 2. Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection We regularly disinfect frequently touched areas and have strengthened the cleaning and disinfection of the entire Property. 3. Thorough Ventilation During your stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation in occasionally opening the windows in your Room for ventilation. In restaurants and banquet halls, we ventilate by partially opening doors or windows. 4. Maintaining Social Distance To prevent infection, we request that guests maintain a distance of 1–2 meters or more from others within the Property. At areas where lines may form, such as the front desk or restaurant entrances, floor markers are placed to indicate proper spacing. Please line up accordingly. 5. Reducing Contact Opportunities To prevent droplet transmission between staff and guests, acrylic panels are installed at the front desk and cash registers. To minimize contact, staff will refrain from entering your Room as much as possible. If necessary, please inform the front desk, and we will respond accordingly. 6. Meal Service Meals are provided as follows: Dinner: Course menu (delivery available) or BBQ. Breakfast: Order buffet (served by staff) or Room delivery. In the restaurant, tables and seating are arranged with adequate spacing. Tables and chairs are disinfected after use, so there may be a delay in seating even if tables appear available. We refrain from placing extra tableware or condiments on tables. Please ask staff if needed. 7. Bathing Facilities The number of users at the same time may be limited. Staff may frequently enter the changing rooms for disinfection purposes. Towels are no longer provided in the communal bath area, so please bring the towels provided in your Room. 1. Health Checks at Work All employees undergo daily temperature checks and health assessments. Employees with fever or poor health are required to refrain from working. 2. Thorough Handwashing and Sanitization Employees are required to wash or sanitize their hands regularly, including at the start of work, after breaks, and after using restrooms. 3. Preventing Droplet Transmission During Customer Interaction Employees wear masks at all times within the Property and may wear face shields when necessary. 4. Frequent Cleaning of Uniforms Employee uniforms and clothing are frequently washed to maintain hygiene. 5. Employee Rest Areas and Offices Special attention is given to ventilation and disinfection in employee rest areas and offices, and measures are taken to avoid face-to-face interactions. 1. We kindly ask for your cooperation in washing or sanitizing your hands upon arrival and when entering restaurants or dining areas. 2. During check-in, we conduct temperature checks and inquire about your health condition. Your cooperation is appreciated. 3. Alcohol-based sanitizers are placed throughout the Property. Please use them frequently to sanitize your hands. 4. In public areas, please maintain distance from other guests, wear a mask, and refrain from loud conversations.
