    I stayed for three nights with my elderly mother. It’s close to Shin-Yokohama Station and reasonably priced. Since my mother isn’t used to staying at a Hotel, I thought using the shower in the Room might be difficult for her, so we chose a plan with breakfast and Onsen access—and that was absolutely the right choice. Even though it was extremely hot in midsummer, we were able to soothe our fatigue in the Onsen and make it through all three nights comfortably. The front desk service was excellent, and the Room cleaning was also excellent. The Room was quiet, so we could rest well. We enjoyed a solid breakfast each morning, and my mother didn’t get worn out—we were able to fully enjoy Yokohama. As an aside, the Chinese restaurant inside the Hotel was also delicious. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

  • It was amazing!

    When I’m feeling stressed, I sometimes stay here.This time, I wanted to use the Wi-Fi to transfer data to my new phone, but I didn’t know how. The front desk staff kindly showed me what to do, and I was able to complete the entire transfer successfully.The Italian food was excellent,and the Onsen was wonderful!I’ll be staying again,and I look forward to seeing you.
