My daughter and I stayed here together. When we arrived, I dropped my daughter off at the entrance and was about to head to the parking area as instructed, but a staff member at the entrance noticed the maternity badge on her bag and immediately guided us to a nearby parking space. I was truly impressed by such thoughtful attention. We had many chances to speak with the front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and dining staff, and everyone was courteous and pleasant, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

The Onsen and the views were amazing. The Newhalf show was so much fun and became a wonderful memory. I had such an enjoyable, lovely stay that it made me want to come back again. I might go again next year.

Four Complimentary Services for Guests ① At the post-bath salon, from Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, guests can enjoy one free item: "ice cream," "draft beer," or a "soft drink"! ② Free shuttle service available to Gero Station and the Onsen town! Convenient for strolling through the Onsen area for sightseeing or food tours. Perfect for those arriving by JR train! ③ Exclusive yukata service for women! The garden pool, open exclusively during the summer season, is free for accommodation guests!
