The price is very reasonable, yet all the staff appeared to be Japanese, and the front desk service in the lobby was professional. (At another chain Hotel I used recently, the staff were foreign and there were issues such as unclear explanations on how to use the Hotel facilities and mistakes in billing.)Even at checkout, the housekeeping staff greeted me and seemed to be working hard, so I felt this is a Hotel you can stay at with peace of mind.
