    Not pushy, never looking tired, and no forced smiles.Everything was accurate and appropriate, so I could stay with peace of mind.The parking area is also designed to be easy to use.As my visits to Narita will increase, I’ll be staying here frequently from now on.

  • Hidden Retreat

    All staff are very courteous and greet guests warmly. The housekeeping staff are also polite, refined, and wonderful. The Room is larger than a typical Business Hotel. Amenities include toner, lotion, and cleansing products. Shuttle Service to Narita Airport is available. Thank you very much. I gave 4 stars because the building is a bit old, but it is clean.
