The 4th-floor service room is equipped with a vending machine, coin-operated laundry, ice machine, pay TV ticket vending machine, and microwave. The 6th-floor service room is equipped with a selection of pillows, coin-operated laundry, ice machine, pay TV ticket vending machine, and microwave. The coin-operated laundry features the latest drum-type fully automatic washer-dryers, equipped with a security lock function for added safety, especially for women. In the 6th-floor service room and in front of the elevators on the 10th to 12th floors, we provide a selection of pillows (two types of Tempur and two types of Nishikawa "Kata-Rakune"). Other rental items are available at the front desk.
We provide amenities, gowns, and rental items for children to ensure a comfortable stay for guests with kids.
Our Hotel offers a free Shuttle Service from Hakata Station (Hakata Exit) to the Hotel. Although it is only a 7-minute walk from Hakata Station (Hakata Exit), feel free to use our service if you have heavy luggage, are elderly, or need assistance on rainy days.
