[Important] Traffic Restrictions Notice for the “Tour de France Saitama Criterium”
Due to the event on November 15, 2026, large-scale traffic restrictions will be in place on roads around the Hotel and around Saitama-Shintoshin Station.
Guests staying with us and those planning to visit are kindly requested to review the information below before coming.
■ Traffic restriction date and time
Event day: November 15, 2026, approx. 9:00–18:00 (scheduled)
*Restriction times may change.
■ For guests arriving by car (Important)
Large-scale road closures and lane restrictions will be implemented, including on roads around the Hotel.
During the restriction period (9:00–18:00), no vehicles can enter or exit the Hotel parking lot.
Nearby paid parking lots may also be inaccessible for entry/exit, and severe congestion is expected.
We strongly recommend using public transportation (train) on the day.
■ Walking route from Saitama-Shintoshin Station to the Hotel on the day
If you arrive by train, you can use the pedestrian deck (2nd-floor walkway) to reach us without being affected by ground-level road restrictions.
1) Exit the ticket gates at JR Saitama-Shintoshin Station and proceed toward the “West Exit.”
2) Continue straight along the pedestrian deck outside the gates toward Keyaki Hiroba.
3) Walk straight past Seven-Eleven on the deck. At the end of the deck, go down the stairs on your right and turn left to arrive at in front ofthe Hotel entrance.
*Please allow extra time as it may take longer than usual (about a 5-minute walk) due to crowds.
