    ● Please arrive at the boarding area at least 5 minutes before departure.
    ● Arrival may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or road conditions during holiday periods. We recommend making a Reservation with extra time to spare.
    ● Please note that we cannot accept liability for any compensation due to delays.
    ● Services to the station are not scheduled to match specific train times.
    ● If no one boards by the cutoff time, the service will not operate.
    ● As seating is limited, please keep your luggage on your lap or at your feet whenever possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
    ● For luggage that cannot be placed on your lap, please secure an additional seat when making your Reservation.
