Natural Onsen Echizen no Yu Onyado Nono Fukui

First, there were no slippers, so you can walk around the Hotel in socks or barefoot—it felt like coming home. In the Room there were water, coffee, tea, and jelly; it was great to take the water with us while sightseeing. After using the large public bath, there was free ice cream and free massage chairs.At night we enjoyed complimentary late-night soba noodles, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options—we were completely full.Check-in and check-out were smooth with the self-service machines.It’s a Hotel I’d definitely like to visit again!

As the property is newly built, everything—including the Room—was new and very clean. It was raining heavily when we arrived and my carry-on suitcase was quite wet, but a staff member kindly wiped it down for us. Since it’s a bit of a walk from the station, it was tough in heavy rain. You need to take off your shoes when entering the building and place them in the shoe locker, but because they go in while still wet, they hadn’t dried by morning. I later found out that disposable slippers are also available in the Room; I would have appreciated being informed of this at check-in.
