  • The Facility is good.

    I think the Facility and cleanliness are good. However, I arrived before check-in time, so I spoke to the front desk and waited seated nearby until the scheduled time. Even when it was time, no one called out to me. The staff were chatting among themselves the whole time. There was also no explanation that towels for the public bath were provided in the Room.If they are going to give a lifeless, monotone explanation, then a self check-in machine would be fine. They should learn from front desk staff at other Hotel properties. Other than the front desk staff, there were no issues.
