We stayed as a family and chose the loft-style room, and the area with the table was spacious, so we were able to spend our time comfortably.The location was also great, and we would like to stay again.
The atmosphere throughout the property was wonderful, and the Room was very clean. The loungewear and Room slippers were also cute, and on top of that, it was close to both Chinatown and the station—so I was very satisfied!!The staff were also very courteous!!One concern was that the air in the Room felt a bit thin, but I couldn’t open the window even though I wanted to. I ended up leaving the door open when no one was passing by.I was happy there was a mist sauna available, but I was told to bring towels from the Room.Since I had already used the shower in my Room, I brought a towel that was only half-dry.After using it for a shower following the mist sauna, I returned to my Room and washed my hair again because I had sweated, so I ended up using an even wetter towel.I would appreciate it if fresh towels could be provided.Next time, I’d like to purchase those Room slippers!Thank you!

<CAFE & BAR TIME> During the day, refresh with Chinese tea made from carefully selected leaves sourced from the long-established Yokohama Chinatown specialty tea shop “Gokuu Chasou,” or enjoy our Hotel original drinks. We offer a wide variety, including oolong tea, green tea, and “blooming tea” that unfurls like a flower. In the evening, it becomes a café & bar where you can savor dim sum and char siu alongside Transcender Hotel original craft beer created in collaboration with the craft brewery “Libushi Bashamichi,” as well as natural wine.
