    I contacted the property to change my arrival time, and I was very grateful that the front desk waited for me even though it was 11:00 PM.The large public bath was available until 2:00 AM, and since it had just opened, everything was clean.Breakfast was also satisfying.The Room was just the right size—not too big and not too small.Also, it is an excellent location for those traveling by car, as it is only 2 minutes from the interchange.

  • Notice Regarding the Introduction of the Accommodation Tax in Nagano Prefecture

    Due to revisions to the Nagano Prefecture ordinance, for stays on or after Monday, June 1, 2026,
    the following Accommodation Tax will be charged separately from the Accommodation Fee at JPY 200 or JPY 300 per person per night (for stays with a pre-tax rate of JPY 6,000 or more per person per night).

    ■ June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2029: JPY 200 per person per night (pre-tax rate of JPY 6,000 or more)
    ■ From June 1, 2029 onward: JPY 300 per person per night (pre-tax rate of JPY 6,000 or more)

    * Even if you have already paid your stay in advance (e.g., by credit card), you will still need to pay the Accommodation Tax separately at check-in.
    * The Accommodation Tax may be exempt if certain conditions are met—such as educational/research activities including school trips—or community club activities associated with the regional expansion of extracurricular clubs at junior high schools and similar institutions. To receive an exemption, please submit the required certificate to the Accommodation.
