From the attentive support at check-in and brisk greetings, to the Room cleanliness and thoughtful measures to avoid crowding—everything was handled in various ways. APA standards were solid, which made me feel at ease. In particular, the breakfast venue staff’s greetings and efficient service were simply a pleasure.
I stayed here to attend a live concert in Hiroshima. It’s within walking distance from the station. The Room was small, but it was fine since I didn’t have large luggage. I was able to sleep without being bothered by train noise. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, which was great. However, as a woman, I was disappointed that there were no amenities such as toner or lotion. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.
