Overall, the space was comfortable and I was mostly satisfied, but if I had to mention something, the Room air conditioner could not be set to a comfortable temperature and it felt cold. Also, while the disposable Room slippers looked clean, they were uncomfortable to wear, and it was a bit disappointing that long hairs stuck out on the bright white slippers, suggesting the carpet may not have been cleaned thoroughly.
TAZ 7/25/2026The breakfast was excellent, and the access to the subway was very convenient. However, it was disappointing that despite the Room being clean, the ashtray was not replaced during cleaning, and there was no sheet replacement. With Hotel prices rising compared to before, the decline in service is regrettable. At the very least, sheet replacement should be an option.
