The facility features a large public bath with natural Onsen and an open-air bath, the dinner restaurant "Shoku Nomidokoro Kazura," and multipurpose rooms, allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay. This is the second Route Inn Hotel in Chichibu City.

    This was my second stay, following last year. The lobby, Room, and large public bath are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large public bath is excellent. The Onsen leaves your skin feeling smooth, and I especially liked the open-air bath with a very hot option. Breakfast featured many Chichibu specialties and was healthy, so I could eat plenty without feeling heavy—while still offering hearty options for those who want a more filling meal. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Chichibu.

  • The service was excellent.

    I will never forget the refreshing welcome from the front desk staff and the warm, friendly greeting from an employee I met early in the morning.The foreign staff member at the breakfast venue was also very kind, and I truly felt welcomed by everyone.It had been a while since I had such a pleasant stay at a Hotel. Next time, I hope to stay longer and relax more.
