By removing your shoes at the entrance and walking barefoot on the wooden floors, you can experience the textured charm of 'Naguri Processing,' an essential feature of traditional Japanese Sukiya architecture. For breakfast, we offer a buffet-style meal featuring authentic dishes crafted by our Japanese cuisine chefs. Enjoy eight traditional flavors passed down through generations in the Nakatsugawa area."

  • Great for an overnight stay.

    I stayed in Nakatsugawa the night before to attend the Kashimo Meijiza Classic Concert the next day. I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly showed me to my Room early—much appreciated! Inside the building, you take off your shoes, which caught me off guard at first, but I had brought indoor slippers so I was able to stay comfortable.The cafe space has high ceilings and feels clean and uncluttered. Overall it doesn’t have a particularly relaxing atmosphere, but it’s comfortable as a place to stay.You can take a walk nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so it was easy and pleasant to spend time there.

  • Spacious and relaxing

    It looked small in the photos, but the relatively high ceiling made it feel less cramped, which was nice. I was a bit worried after reading older Reviews, but when taking off your shoes at the entrance, there are measures to keep suitcase wheels from bringing in dirt; there’s also a ramp and disposable slippers provided, which I appreciated. The large public bath has security so I felt safe, and since no one else happened to be there, I could relax in the spacious tub and enjoy the pleasant hot water. Meals were served by a friendly staff member, which gave a warm feeling, and everything was delicious. The small side dishes were also beautifully presented.
