The Room features were especially convenient for families with children.

Designed for long-term stays by international guests, it comes fully equipped with a kitchen, cookware, dishes, and a washing machine—more like a weekly apartment rental. In fact, most of the guests were foreign tourists. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, so the location is very convenient. The stylish bunk beds were a big hit with our two elementary-school children. There’s also a Lawson convenience store about 5 minutes away, so you can get most essentials easily. As it’s newly opened, the Facility are new and it was very comfortable overall. One issue: the electronic key auto-lock malfunctioned, so we had to lock the door with a physical key instead. The staff handled it properly so it wasn’t a problem, but since there is no front desk staff after 10 p.m., I couldn’t help wondering what we would have done if it had happened later at night…

Walking distance from the stadium!

We stayed as a three-generation family to support the Carp. It was great to be able to walk back after the game. The Room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious, and having a washer with a dryer was very convenient for families with small children. It would be even better if there were a way to hang items like support uniforms that we don't want to put in the dryer in the bathroom.

The room did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly. There were several large pieces of food debris on the floor.
