This event lets you experience the unique charms of autumn in Sera Town through a special private photo session at Sera Kogen Farm before it opens to the public, led by photographer Mariko Yamamoto, as well as local guidance from a tourism navigator.
While visiting two of Sera Town’s signature flower destinations—Sera Kogen Farm and Flower village Kamunomura—you’ll have a rare opportunity to photograph a wide variety of autumn blooms. Join us on a journey to capture and remember the beauty of autumn in Sera Town through photography.

■ Special Photo Tourism: Photographing Autumn Flowers Across Sera Town
On Day 2, enjoy photographing dahlia fields at their peak at an exclusive private session at Sera Kogen Farm before general opening hours, while receiving guidance from Mariko Yamamoto.
After free time for strolling and lunch on your own, we will move to “Flower village Kamunomura,” where you can photograph an “autumn patchwork flower field” created by vividly colored kochia and multicolored cosmos.
After the shoot concludes, Ms. Yamamoto will hold a critique session at “Flower village Kamunomura.”
Using photos you actually took during the session, you’ll receive advice on composition and how to work with light—an opportunity to broaden your photographic expression.
In addition to the photo sessions, tourism navigator Isuzu Yoshimune will introduce highlights of Sera Town along with its history and everyday local life.
