    I stayed for one night while sightseeing in Otaru. The Hotel has great access to the main street, and there is a convenience store right next door, which was very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—I was almost disappointed that I couldn’t finish everything.Since the Hotel is new, it was clean overall, but it was a bit disappointing to find mold around the Room’s plumbing areas (such as the base of the sink faucet and the corners of the bathtub).That said, the staff were courteous and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again when I visit Otaru.

    The room was clean, and although the breakfast selection wasn’t very large, it was tasty and satisfying. However, when I parked in the on-site parking lot because there were spaces available, I was asked at check-in whether I had reserved a spot. If reservations are required, I think this should be clearly stated. Other than that, everything was good, including the location.
