Special Cleaning in Guest Rooms High-touch areas within guest rooms such as doorknobs, light switches, keys, TV remotes, refrigerator handles, and toilet flush levers are thoroughly cleaned with alcohol-based disinfectants beyond regular cleaning procedures. 4. Health Check for Staying Guests At check-in time we request guests to fill out a health questionnaire to confirm their health status. In case a guest feels unwell during their stay we will promptly coordinate with public health authorities for appropriate action. 5. Mask-Wearing by Staff For the safety and health of our guests all staff members wear masks while attending to customers. 6. Health Monitoring for Staff To ensure healthy interactions with guests staff members strictly follow handwashing protocols sanitize hands frequently undergo pre-shift health checks among other measures ensuring careful attention is paid towards their overall well-being. 7. Infection Prevention Among Staff Members Measures like staggered work hours telecommuting disinfection within employee-only spaces have been implemented prioritizing infection prevention among employees. We kindly ask for your cooperation on the following points: (1) If you feel unwell please refrain from visiting or staying at our accommodation. (2) Please cooperate by sanitizing your hands upon arrival. (3) While using facilities inside maintain distance from other guests avoid crowding elevators by splitting into smaller groups when necessary.
