    We are pleased to announce that we have completely renewed our breakfast buffet.
    To help you experience even more of the unique charm of Hida-Takayama, we have expanded our selection of local ingredients and regional specialties, offering over 60 Japanese and Western dishes.

    Enjoy a wide variety of Japanese side dishes, including red turnip pickles—also known in the Hida region as “meshidoro-bo zuke” (“rice thief pickles”).
    Pair freshly cooked Hida Koshihikari rice or rice porridge with your favorite toppings and enjoy it just the way you like.

    In addition to daily rotating items such as Hida beef croquettes and fried chicken, we also offer a full range of Western-style dishes and salads.
