    We are pleased to announce that we have fully renewed our breakfast buffet.
    To help you experience even more of Takayama’s local character, we have expanded our selection of regional ingredients and flavors, offering over 60 Japanese and Western dishes.

    Enjoy a wide variety of Japanese side dishes, including red turnip pickles—also known in the Hida region as “Meshidorobo-zuke” (“rice-stealing pickles”).
    Pair freshly cooked Hida Koshihikari rice or rice porridge with your favorite toppings, just the way you like it.

    Our lineup also includes daily rotating Hida beef croquettes and fried chicken, along with an enhanced selection of Western-style dishes and salads.
    Popular sauces and dressings made at the local roadside station “Pascal Kiyomi” add the perfect finishing touch.
