  • Request for Thorough Cleaning

    I felt the price, the Room, and the service were all very good.However, there was one disappointing point: cleaning was not thorough. I think it would be even better if this were improved (that is why I am posting).The logo above the Hotel entrance and the wall-like structure in front of the entrance were dirty with dust buildup, as if they had never been cleaned.In the Room, dust had accumulated on the air purifier, air conditioner, and around the bed by the window.I understand it may not be possible to clean everything every day, but if these areas were cleaned at least once a month or once every three months, I think it would make for a much cleaner Hotel.I am posting this with hopes for improvement. I apologize while all of your Hotel staff are working hard.
