Our Hotel is entirely non-smoking.
There is no designated smoking area on the premises.
In addition, Osaka City ordinances prohibit smoking on public streets, so smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on the premises and in the surrounding area of the Hotel.
If smoking inside the building is discovered, we may ask you to leave and charge for special cleaning and deodorization of the Room. Thank you for your understanding.
We kindly ask all guests for their cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment throughout the building.
