【Efforts in Rooms and Public Spaces】 1. Room Keys The keys to the Room, which are touched by all guests, are stored in UV light boxes and prepared in the Room. 2. Disinfection During Room Cleaning During the cleaning of each Room, areas touched by guests and within reach are disinfected and wiped with hypochlorous acid water. A "disinfected" sign is placed at the entrance. 3. Additional Alcohol Disinfectant Stations Alcohol disinfectant is installed in front of elevators, restrooms, dining areas, and other locations on each floor to ensure guests can use the facilities more comfortably. 4. Enhanced Regular Disinfection Alcohol disinfection is conducted as needed on frequently touched areas such as doorknobs, doors, stair railings, elevator buttons (inside and outside), and restroom doors. 5. Mask Usage During Guest Interaction For the health and safety of guests and public hygiene, staff wear masks and gloves during interactions. Mask Usage During Commute Hotel employees are required to wear masks during their commute. 2. Health Checks at Work Employees' body temperatures are checked, and hand disinfection is enforced upon arrival at work. Employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those feeling unwell are required to stay home until recovery. 3. Additional Disinfectant in Backspaces Disinfectant is increased in backspaces to ensure hand disinfection after entering offices or using restrooms. 4. Management System for Unwell Employees A system is in place to manage the health conditions of employees and establish action guidelines for when they feel unwell. 5. Restriction on Non-Essential Outings and Gatherings Employees are prohibited from non-essential business trips and are instructed to refrain from attending gatherings, events with large numbers of people, or workplace group meals and meetings.
