  • The Onsen and breakfast are excellent.

    This was my fourth stay. It’s a wonderful Hotel with great value: an Onsen public bath, unlimited welcome drinks in the lounge until night, and above all, an excellent breakfast.I did notice the limited amenities, but given the outstanding cost performance, it may be unavoidable as a cost-saving measure. However, I would like to see improvement regarding the drinking water in the public bath being unavailable (it may have just been out of order that day).I usually choose a Plan with dinner and breakfast, and for the selectable dinner I ate at “Toyotsune,” but since their station-front branch across from the Hotel is currently closed, this time I chose breakfast only.The breakfast features Oita specialties such as freshly fried tempura from a live kitchen and “Ryukyu,” and you can also make a luxurious TKG using the branded egg “Ran-O.”Even the miso soup included Kurome seaweed from Oita, with a rich dashi flavor.It’s such an impressive spread that I look forward to it every time.The Room was also clean and comfortable with a smart TV.Thank you again for this stay.

  • Excellent value for money.

    The stylish design, hospitality, and Room comfort were all very well balanced.It was very affordable even during a three-day holiday weekend.I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.However, I couldn’t really relax at all in the rooftop tent sauna. lol

To ensure our guests can fully enjoy the city of Beppu, we have independently developed and launched a unique system utilizing a Hotel card key called "HEYAZUKE (Room Charge)," which is unparalleled by other companies. We have already partnered with approximately 30 restaurants in Beppu City, allowing guests to simply tap their Room card key at the participating establishments to charge expenses to their Property account.
