  • Convenient access

    We were looking for a Hotel in the Tenjin area with a room for three adults. Access from Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line was convenient, but the directions say Exit 5 is the closest. For travelers with suitcases, however, the stairs were tough and it was hard to tell which direction the Hotel was in. If you have luggage, I think Exit 3 is better because you can use an escalator. On the way from Exit 3 to the Hotel, you pass Exit 5 anyway, so there isn’t much difference in distance.Since it’s a Hotel and many guests have luggage, I would appreciate clearer guidance on which station exit is best (e.g., “escalator available” or “stairs only”).The Hotel itself was very comfortable. The toothbrush had an eco-friendly design that was a bit difficult to use, but I understand it as cost-saving. Thank you very much.
