The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the view of Kobe’s downtown from the bath made it feel like a semi-open-air bath—it was truly wonderful! There was no noise at all, so it was very quiet and I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was on the top floor with an amazing view, and I felt great lounging on the stylish sofas! The Chinese rice porridge was delicious, and I was happy there were lots of side dishes to go with it. Having roast beef in the morning also felt luxurious—absolutely fantastic. With direct access from the station and an affordable supermarket right below the Hotel, everything was convenient and comfortable.
I stayed here every time I traveled to Kobe on business. The location, room, and service are among the best of any Hotel in this area. At my last check-in, a staff member kindly spoke to me, which truly moved me. I would love to stay here again.Thank you very much.
