  • Best value for money, a comfortable stay

    Minami-Sunamachi may feel a bit out of the way, but it’s about 12 minutes from Otemachi and around 30 minutes to Shibuya on the other side of the city. Above all, the Room size and overall comfort during the stay are outstanding. Since I work in my Room, I requested a Room with a desk and, if possible, a good view—and they accommodated this perfectly. Even with lots of luggage spread out, I was able to stay very comfortably. During breaks from work, I watched Netflix and Amazon Prime using my own accounts. There are convenience stores and drugstores right by the station as well, so it never felt inconvenient. For 3 nights and 4 days, I had an extremely comfortable stay at a price that felt surprisingly affordable for a Hotel in Tokyo.

  • I’d love to stay here again!

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a couple.The Room was very spacious, with plenty of space even when we both opened our suitcases at the same time. There were also two sofas, so we could relax comfortably.When we asked the front desk staff how to get to the theme park, they kindly explained everything and we were able to arrive without any trouble. Thank you very much despite how busy you were.Housekeeping was thorough, and every day when we returned to the Hotel, the Room was spotless and clean, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!

    Our air conditioning system is centrally controlled, so you cannot switch between “cooling” and “heating” in each Room.

  • Information on “ECO Cleaning” for Room Cleaning During Your Multiple Night Stay

    At L stay & grow, as part of our SDGs initiatives, we are working to reduce our environmental impact.
    From April 1, 2023, we have partially changed our cleaning procedures for Multiple Night Stay guests and introduced “ECO Cleaning.”
    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Bed linens and loungewear will be replaced with fresh items once every three nights (on the 4th night).
    On the 2nd and 3rd nights, we will reuse the bed linens and make up the bed.
    Loungewear in use will also be reused and neatly arranged.
    Towel replacement, replenishment of amenities, and Room cleaning will be provided as usual.
