■Comprehensive COVID-19 prevention measures for a safer stay■ At our Hotel, we have implemented measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Leveraging our strength as a Hotel within a group that includes a professional cleaning management company, we carry out thorough disinfection not normally included in standard room cleaning in all guest rooms, as well as in shared areas such as the lobby and check-in counter. In addition to basic sanitizing, we are taking meticulous precautions throughout the Hotel, including rearranging restaurant seating based on social distancing guidelines and ensuring thorough ventilation, to provide an environment where guests can stay with greater peace of mind. ■Guest room cleaning Our cleaning staff wear masks and gloves while cleaning. All tea cups and glasses in guest rooms have been replaced with disposable paper cups. A disinfectant/deodorizing spray is provided in every guest room for guest use. We ensure thorough ventilation during cleaning. For the following frequently touched areas, we use a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant and wipe them down thoroughly: (Wiped areas) Door handles, bathroom, faucets, faucet handles, desks, tables, various remote controls, telephones ■Cleaning of shared areas Frequently touched surfaces such as elevator buttons and door handles are regularly wiped down using a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. We ensure regular ventilation by keeping automatic doors open when appropriate. ■Restaurant and other shared areas For smoking rooms and coin laundries, we set limits on the number of users at one time to prevent crowding. Based on social distancing guidelines, seating is arranged to maintain adequate spacing between guests. When buffet-style meals are offered, guests are required to wear masks. (Masks will be provided for guests who do not have one.) Disposable gloves are also available upon request. At check-in, we take your temperature using a non-contact thermometer. To help ensure everyone can use this Facility with confidence, we ask for your cooperation with alcohol-based hand sanitizing upon arrival at our Hotel or this Facility. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; however, guests with fever or those who are feeling unwell will be asked to refrain from entering. If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform a nearby staff member. ■Staff All employees wear masks while assisting guests.
