As a wheelchair user, I was able to visit with peace of mind thanks to the prompt communication regarding parking and other inquiries from the time of Reservation. I chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and I especially enjoyed the conversation with the female staff during dinner. The chef's dishes and the patissier's desserts were very satisfying. If I may suggest an improvement, in the room for three people, setting up a sofa bed made it difficult to use the closet and safety box. While I appreciated that it was prepared in advance, this could be improved. Overall, the location was convenient with moderate traffic in the area and nearby convenience stores, making it friendly for us who traveled by car from out of town. Several international staff members were working as well, but all staff left a kind impression on me. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Osaka!
旅愛LOVE 11/11/2025This time, I accessed from Shin-Osaka, but it felt slightly farther compared to Mikuni Station. If coming from Umeda, the Osaka City Bus might be more convenient. The Accommodation Tax was 1,200 yen this year compared to 400 yen last year—perhaps because I stayed for two nights? It made me hesitate a bit about dining out. "Manaslu," located at the back, is close and reasonably priced; I used it for lunch, though it was somewhat crowded. Well, since the hotel rooms have an electric stove and microwave, various arrangements are possible. The gym is also free to use. I think it's a convenient hotel as a base for multiple-day stays.
