Stayed for an event, checked in to drop off luggage, and went out by car, returning after 11 PM. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming! The onsen was great, and I enjoyed it both at night and in the morning! The only disappointment was that I didn’t notice the hair caps available at the onsen reception desk until after leaving. It would have been nice if someone had mentioned it. My hair got wet in the open-air bath, which made me feel cold.
The large public bath was very good.The free shuttle bus to and from Otagawa Station was also greatly appreciated.If possible, I would be very grateful if the service from Otagawa Station to the Hotel could start a little earlier.Also, it was inconvenient that the ice machine is only on the first floor.Other than that, everything was good, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
