    This was my second stay.I had a great experience last time, so I chose to stay here again.The Room was clean, and the hotel is located right in the downtown area, making it very convenient.Breakfast was available from 6:45 a.m., so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace.If I had one request, the coffee in the Room was delicious, but it would be even better if there were a complimentary drink service.I visit Tachikawa often, so I would definitely like to stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality.

  • The check-in service is a nice touch.

    Amenities were available at the front desk for guests to take what they needed. Perhaps depending on the check-in time, the front desk staff started offering welcome snacks such as chocolate and nuts. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.
