  • Great value for money.

    Given the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. It was great to have a large public bath, and I felt the food quality was good as well. The only downside—though it was my fault—was that I got lost on the way there and found the location a bit hard to find. Still, I’d like to stay here again.

  • It exceeded my expectations.

    It was easy to find from Kyobashi Station, and I arrived smoothly. Check-in is basically done at a self-service machine, but when I said it was my first time, the staff explained it clearly. The Room was simple and easy to use, and the loungewear came as separate top and bottom pieces in a soft fabric and a color that suits anyone—very thoughtfully chosen. When I went to the bath right away, someone had just left, so I was able to relax in private.While wondering what to do for dinner, I went downstairs and saw that the restaurant used for breakfast seemed to be open. However, since I didn’t know what they served, I went instead to a place I found online.In the morning at breakfast, there were many options such as made-to-order omurice and chicken yogurt curry. Everything was delicious—I ate too much. The homemade pudding was also great. If it’s like this, dinner last night would surely have been good too, so maybe I should have eaten here. It would have been easier to go in if there had been some guidance at the Hotel—like mentioning any guest perks or services.Even after checkout, I relaxed in the lobby before visiting the Sanno Art Museum across the street. As a woman in my 60s traveling alone, I had no problems and enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much.

Mizuki-no-Yu, located on the top floor, features a bright and spacious indoor bath and an open-air silky bath. Please relax and unwind at your leisure.

Microbubble air is released into the bathtub through a special nozzle installed inside, creating a pure white, silk-like “Silky Bath” for you to enjoy. It is expected to help cleanse the skin and enhance its appearance, and may also help with common concerns such as feeling cold and supporting weight loss.

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of VIA INN PRIME Osaka Kyobashi.

    Due to a legally required electrical Facility inspection, the entire Hotel will experience a power outage as outlined below.
    Please note that, for safety reasons, guests will not be permitted to remain inside the Hotel during the scheduled time.

    *Times may vary slightly.

    ■ Important Notes
    (1) All lighting throughout the Hotel and all electrically operated equipment in guest rooms (including refrigerators, TVs, and air conditioners) will be unavailable.
    *We are unable to store refrigerated items. Please take care if you use the refrigerator.
    *We cannot accept liability for data loss or damage to computers or other electronic devices due to the outage. Please unplug all devices from outlets.
    (2) Water supply and gas service will be suspended. Toilets and showers cannot be used.
    (3) Elevators will be out of service. You will not be able to go out or move between floors during the outage, so please leave before the outage begins.
    (4) We are unable to accept requests for specific cleaning times on that day. Thank you for your understanding.
    (5) Check-out time (including VIA INN Members Club members) will be by 10:00 AM. Late check-out cannot be accommodated.
    (6) We are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out on that day. Thank you for your understanding.
    (7) The large public bath will open from 4:00 PM onward on that day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
    (8) The convenience store on the Hotel premises, Work & Cafe SHUGO, and the fitness gym will be closed during the above hours as well as around that time period.
    (9) The parking lot (Repark) on the Hotel premises (1st floor area) cannot be used during the outage period; entry/exit will also not be possible.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
