I stayed here on a business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby areas, which was very helpful. The property was quiet, and I was able to rest well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. About a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. The walk through the lively downtown area went by in no time. With plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, the location is excellent.The front lobby has tiered bench-style seating where you can sit and wait. There is also a lounge close by.The rooms are compact but very functional. The square desk and sofa are especially convenient for getting work done.There’s no bathtub, but the shower booth is clean and more than sufficient for business trips or travel for two.

A corner next to the front desk is available for you to select only the amenities you need. *Please request skincare sets, face masks, and mineral water from the front desk staff.
A gym exclusively for accommodation guests is available (free of charge). *Please note that we do not provide rental wear or shoes.
Convenient coin laundry for long-term stays. You can check the usage status on your Room's TV. Detergent is automatically dispensed, so there's no need to prepare it yourself.

The eye-catching “Swan’s Love” is dressed in a gorgeous strawberry-red look.
Three types of sablés are available: “Strawberry,” “Double Chocolate,” and “COCO.” Enjoy their distinct flavors—from sweet-tart notes to rich bittersweet depth and toasted coconut aroma.
