I stayed here on a business trip. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby areas, which was very helpful. The property was quiet, and I was able to rest well. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
I’ve stayed in various places when visiting Kobe, and in terms of location and value for money, this is among the best.Even though check-in is automated, there were a few issues—like the front staff not making eye contact, or hair stuck to the bathtub—but overall it was a relatively new building and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with excellent water pressure, and although it faces a main road, I didn’t notice any noise at all. The surrounding Rooms and hallway were also very quiet. While more Hotels these days provide paper towels at the sink, they had thick, clean towels available. On top of that, it’s affordable and convenient—more than good enough as a base.I’d definitely like to stay again.This time I really only slept at the Hotel and didn’t use the lounge, so I will next time for sure.I also heard you can get water and a bathroom chair by asking at the front desk, so I’ll be sure to do that next time as well.
