    I stayed for two days.The Room was very clean, and I was happy to be able to see Matsuyama Castle from the window.Considering the reasonable Accommodation rate, the breakfast was more than sufficient and delicious.It’s a smart, simple Hotel without unnecessary extras, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Matsuyama. (As I’m very particular about cleanliness, it would be helpful if disposable slippers—like those sold at 100-yen shops—could be purchased at the front desk, since the in-room slippers were not disposable.)

    I stayed for three nights.The location is excellent—right by an Iyotetsu station, and only a few minutes to Matsuyama City Station, making it very convenient for sightseeing.Breakfast is minimal, but it’s better than nothing. The bed in the Room was comfortable; towels were provided in the minimum number; and while the only amenity provided in the Room was a toothbrush, everything else can be picked up by guests on the first floor, which I found very practical.Personally, I had no issues at all and would like to stay here again next time.
