■Enhanced COVID-19 Prevention Measures for a Safer Stay■ At our Hotel, we have implemented comprehensive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Leveraging the strengths of our group, which includes a professional cleaning management company, we carry out thorough disinfection not normally included in standard room cleaning in all guest rooms, as well as in shared areas such as the lobby and check-in counter. In addition to basic sanitizing, we have adjusted restaurant seating layouts based on social distancing guidelines and ensured thorough ventilation. The entire Hotel is taking every possible precaution so that guests can enjoy a safer and more comfortable stay. ■Guest Room Cleaning Our cleaning staff wear masks and gloves while cleaning. All teacups and glasses in guest rooms have been replaced with disposable paper cups. Disinfectant/deodorizing spray is provided in all guest rooms for guest use. We ensure thorough ventilation during cleaning. For frequently touched areas listed below, we disinfect by wiping with a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant: (Wiped areas) Door handles, bathroom, faucets, faucet handles, desks, tables, various remote controls, telephone ■Cleaning of Shared Areas Frequently touched surfaces such as elevator buttons and door handles are regularly wiped down for disinfection using a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. We ensure regular ventilation by keeping automatic doors open when appropriate. ■Restaurant and Other Shared Areas For smoking rooms and coin laundries, we set limits on the number of guests allowed at one time to prevent crowding. Based on social distancing guidelines, seating is arranged to maintain adequate space between guests. When buffet-style meals are offered, guests are required to wear masks. (Masks will be provided for guests who do not have one.) Disposable gloves are also available upon request. At check-in, we measure your temperature using a non-contact thermometer. To help ensure safe use of this Facility/Hotel/Facility (choose appropriate), we ask for your cooperation with alcohol-based hand sanitizing upon arrival at our Hotel or Facility. We kindly ask guests with fever or those feeling unwell to refrain from visiting the Hotel.
