Whenever I travel to Kobe on business, I always stay here.As a small suggestion to make the stay even more comfortable, I noticed a little dust in the elevator and near the bottom of the guest room door, so I would appreciate it if you could check these areas during cleaning.I am very satisfied with the staff’s polite service and responses, as well as the large public bath. I always enjoy a pleasant stay here.I would definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Kobe.Thank you for your continued support.

We enjoyed lots of delicious food.
It was located right at the entrance to Nankinmachi, making it very convenient for going out to enjoy delicious food.I checked in at 3:00 PM and went straight to the large public bath. I was able to enjoy the open-air bath as if it were a private bath just for myself.After my bath, I had four different kinds of ice cream,relaxed my body with the massage chair, felt refreshed, and then headed out to Nankinmachi for a delicious dinner. The large public bath was crowded at night! I also enjoyed the late-night noodles.The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied. It had been a while since my last trip to Kobe, and thanks to this stay, I was able to relax and enjoy it.
