Notice of a Building-Wide Power Outage
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of VIA INN OKAYAMA.
We will be conducting a legally required inspection of our electrical equipment as outlined below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

(1) [Hotel Floors 5–14] Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 11:00–15:00
(2) [Commercial Area Floors 1–5] Thursday, November 5, 2026, 1:00–5:00 (late night)

< (1) Important Notice During the Hotel Power Outage >
Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 11:00–15:00
*There will be a power outage throughout the entire building, including guest rooms.
*Electricity and power outlets in guest rooms will not be available.
Please turn off and unplug any devices connected to power outlets in advance (e.g., communication devices), as well as hair dryers, irons, and trouser presses.
*Wi-Fi will not be available.
Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of data on communication devices.
*Guest elevators serving Floors 5–14 will not be available. Please use the staff elevator instead.
*Vending machines and ice machines in the service area as well as the coin laundry will not be available; doors cannot be opened/closed during the outage, so laundry cannot be retrieved either.
*Maintenance staff will not enter guest rooms; however, they may use elevators during the work period.

Thursday, November 5, 2026, 1:00–5:00 (late night)
*Maintenance staff will conduct inspections in the commercial area and on the balcony on Floor 5.
*Elevators from Floors 1–5 will not be available. Please use the emergency stairs instead.
(If you need to use them at night due to restricted access routes/security measures at certain entrances/exits during this time period , please contact Front Desk.)
*A parking ticket cannot be issued at our dedicated parking lot during this time; please contact Front Desk.
