    I would like to stay here again.

    The location was excellent, the property was thoroughly cleaned, and the service was very polite. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The staff's smiles are wonderful.

    The staff's warm hospitality made the stay relaxing. There seemed to be enough staff, creating a calm atmosphere without a sense of rush. The accommodation was spotless, and the unit bath was very clean. Conveniently located within walking distance to both Tsukiji and Ginza, with affordable parking for those traveling by car. As with my previous stay, I requested an extra comforter to sleep with my head elevated, but they had already prepared it based on my prior request. Having a convenience store on the first floor makes this hotel extremely user-friendly in every aspect.

    Conveniently located Hotel

    Just a few minutes from both Tsukiji Station and Higashi-Ginza Station, but Tsukiji might be more convenient as there are no traffic lights. There is a Lawson on the first floor, delicious Japanese restaurants along the back street, and the market is nearby—making it an excellent location. For a Multiple Night Stay without cleaning service, towels and bath mats were hung on the doorknob, but there was no replacement for room wear. I believe you could request replacements if needed, but I left it as it was since it seemed troublesome. Laundry facilities are available on several floors, and you can check their availability via your room's TV—very convenient! The pillow was too firm for me to sleep well. It would be great if there were a service to choose different types of pillows.

    A clean Hotel with excellent access from Higashi-Ginza Station.

    This was my first stay. It was a standard Via Inn Hotel with a clean room and well-stocked amenity bar. Additionally, the bathtub was almost circular, making it easy to use. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also very convenient. This is a hotel I would consider staying at again. Thank you!

    Stayed as a couple, but the double bed was small. Considering the price, it might be expected.

    This was my first stay at Via Inn Higashi-Ginza. The Room was larger and more comfortable than I expected. The location is also great. Please consider staying for a night!

    Perfect Accommodation for Business Trips

    I stayed during a time when the mornings and evenings were pleasantly cool. The location is close to the subway and in a safe area, with the soothing sound of the bell from Tsukiji Honganji Temple. The Room had a desk spacious enough for paperwork, and it was convenient to print documents at a nearby convenience store. Relaxing in the generously sized bathtub helped me forget my travel fatigue, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable time before bedtime.

    Satisfaction

    The facilities are new, and the bed, desk, and bathroom all felt spacious and very comfortable. The Room I stayed in had a view of Tsukiji Outer Market. Having breakfast at the market could also be an enjoyable experience.

    Functional and comfortable.

    I used the facility for tasks late at night and early the next morning. Although my stay was only a few hours, it had all the necessary features to rest and sleep comfortably, making my time there pleasant.

    A cost-effective Hotel considering its location

    I stayed in a single room with no meals included. I chose this accommodation for its excellent access from Haneda and reasonable price, which seemed like a contradiction to find. It is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station on the Toei Asakusa Line. Tsukiji Station on the Hibiya Line is even closer, making it convenient for trips to Roppongi or Ueno. With Tsukiji Outer Market and Tsukiji Honganji Temple right in front, I was able to enjoy some sightseeing as well. Being a business hotel, I didn’t have high expectations, but the room was clean, more spacious than expected, and comfortable without feeling cramped. I would definitely consider staying here again if given the opportunity.

    We stayed in two sin...

    We stayed in two single Rooms next to each other with my mother. During the night, a drunk person caused a commotion in the hallway and might have bumped into my mother's Room door, which made her feel a bit scared. However, I was completely unaware of it in the neighboring Room and slept soundly (haha). Other than the bathroom door not closing properly and the air purifier's cleaning button being lit up, it was very comfortable. I would like to stay here again when visiting Kabuki-za for a performance.

    Ordinary Hotel

    It is a very ordinary Business Hotel where luggage cannot be stored in the Room, and it feels overpriced after COVID-19.

    The location is excellent and convenient.

    The size of the Room was reasonable for the price. Anyway, the location was good, and it was convenient as it provided easy access to both Tsukiji and Ginza. I would like to use it again.

    It was a clean Hotel with a sense of cleanliness.

    Close to the station and there is a convenience store next door, the Room was also clean. However, I bought some beer, but although there were coffee cups in the Room, there were no glasses? (In my Room).
