  • The service was not what I expected.

    This was my first trip to Shizuoka and my first time staying at this Hotel, and the staff member at the parking lot reception was very kind, which put me at ease even before check-in. The large public bath had the most spacious washing area I have ever seen in a Hotel, and the bathtub was also large, so I could relax comfortably. Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese dishes, which surprised me. I was very satisfied.

    This was our first stay. My wife, who is very particular about everything, said, “This Room is comfortable, so we’ll be fine,” and even wanted to cancel the other Hotels we had planned. We were wondering what to do for a four-week Hotel stay during our home renovation, so we consulted the front desk. Despite being busy, they kindly helped us, and as a result we changed our plans and stayed long-term.The breakfast selection was extensive, and my wife—who rarely eats out due to food allergies and usually has to cook for herself—enjoyed it every morning without getting tired of it. The lounge, the Onsen, and the parking were all excellent as well, and every staff member was very courteous. When we mentioned a concern about cleaning, they responded immediately.We are truly grateful that our long stay went smoothly. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.
