  • This Hotel is one you’ll definitely want to stay at again.

    Although this Hotel opened in 2020, the room was very clean and I was satisfied. The large public bath has about six washing stations, and when I used it around 19:30 there was no one else, so I could relax. Breakfast is served at the cafe on the first floor of the Hotel, and there was no wait, which I appreciated. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    I lost my umbrella on the train. After checking in, I looked up the next day’s weather forecast in the Hotel and saw it would rain, thinking I’d have to buy another one. As I was about to leave the Hotel, I noticed an umbrella at the entrance and asked if I could use it. They said it was fine, and it really helped.After checking out on the last day, I realized I had left something behind in my Room. I explained the situation, and they kindly let me go back to retrieve it—I’m very grateful.
