A 3-minute walk from Hiroshima Station’s North Exit (Shinkansen Exit). Despite the convenient location near the station, the area is surrounded by greenery and history, including Mt. Futaba, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and business. From the Hotel, you’ll have excellent access not only to central Hiroshima attractions such as Peace Memorial Park and Mazda Stadium, but also to Miyajima and Itsukushima Shrine just outside the city! All guest rooms are non-smoking for a safe and comfortable stay with children. Beds are made by Serta, a brand popular across the United States. On the top floor, enjoy our large public bath featuring an open-air bath with silky-smooth water known for its beauty and relaxation benefits, as well as a spacious indoor bath with a chic, calming atmosphere for truly exceptional comfort.

    The Hotel is very close to the station, making it easy to get around. The Room was clean and spacious, and the king-size bed was large enough for two adults and one child to sleep comfortably.The large public bath has both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day.The only drawback was that check-in is done using a self-service kiosk, but the instructions were a bit unclear and it didn’t feel very user-friendly.

    The station was close and convenient, and there were various shops nearby, which was great. There was also a large public bath, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity!

  • Notice of a Building-Wide Power Outage Due to the Legally Required Electrical Equipment Inspection

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of VIA INN PRIME Hiroshima Shinkansenguchi.

    Please be informed that a building-wide power outage will occur due to a legally required electrical Facility inspection, as outlined below.
    For safety reasons, guests will not be able to remain in the building during the scheduled time.

    ■ Date & Time
    Monday, December 14, 2026: 11:00–14:00
    *Please note that the schedule may change slightly.

    ■ Important Notes
    (1) All electrically powered equipment will stop, including all lighting in the building and guestroom refrigerators, TVs, air conditioners, etc.
    　*We are unable to store refrigerated items. Please take care if you use the refrigerator.
    　*We cannot be held responsible for data loss or damage to computers or other electronic devices caused by the outage. Please unplug all devices from outlets.
    (2) Water supply and gas service will be suspended. Toilets and showers cannot be used.
    (3) Elevators will be out of service. After the power outage begins, you will not be able to go out or move between floors.
    　(Stairs may be used; however, if possible, we kindly ask that you leave before the outage begins.)
    (4) The final time to request cleaning on that day is 10:00.
    (5) Check-out time (including VIA INN Members Club members) will be 10:00. Late check-out cannot be accommodated.
    (6) Komeda’s Coffee will be open until 10:30 (last order at 10:00).
