At our Hotel, in response to the spread of "COVID-19" and based on announcements from the government and related authorities, we are strengthening hygiene measures within the facility to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees. Measures for COVID-19 prevention and avoiding the "Three Cs" (Closed spaces, Crowded places, Close-contact settings): - Guests may wear masks at their own discretion within the facility. - During check-in, we verify the identity of all staying guests. - Regular ventilation and disinfection cleaning are conducted in public spaces, backyards, and service entrances. - Regular disinfection cleaning of touch panels and Room keys is conducted. - All employees are required to wear masks. - All employees undergo temperature checks before coming to work. - All employees are required to regularly wash their hands, gargle, and sanitize their hands. - To manage congestion, we implement staggered entry every 30 minutes. - In addition to regular Room cleaning, we disinfect frequently touched areas (such as doorknobs, remote controls, tables, etc.). - All Rooms are equipped with free WiFi, allowing guests to work or use the internet comfortably without leaving their Room. We kindly ask guests visiting our Hotel to make reasonable decisions based on the following guidelines if they are feeling unwell: 1. Those with cold-like symptoms. 2. Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or those who have had a fever for several days. 3. Those experiencing fatigue (malaise) or difficulty breathing (dyspnea).
