Wearing Masks During Customer Interaction Considering the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene, our customer service staff wear masks. 4. Health Check for Staying Guests At check-in, we ask guests to fill out a health questionnaire and confirm their travel route before arriving at the Hotel. 【Efforts for Employees】 1. Wearing Masks During Commute All employees are required to wear masks during their commute. 2. Health Checks at Work All employees are required to check their temperature and sanitize their hands. Employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those feeling unwell are required to stay at home until two days after their symptoms have fully recovered. 3. Increased Availability of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers in Back Areas We have installed additional sanitizers in back areas, ensuring employees sanitize their hands after entering offices or using restrooms. 4. Management System for Unwell Employees We have introduced guidelines for actions during illness and a system to monitor employees' health conditions. 5. Restriction on Non-Essential and Non-Urgent Outings and Meetings Employees are prohibited from non-essential business trips, overseas travel, and attending gatherings, events, or workplace group meals involving large numbers of people. 6. Implementation of Staggered Work Hours To prevent infection, especially in administrative departments, we have implemented staggered commuting hours to avoid peak times.
