    I stay here every year when I visit Kobe, also to pay my respects at the family grave.The front desk staff always welcome me warmly, making me feel like I’ve come home. The Room furnishings are calm and tasteful, and the drawers for storing clothes are very convenient.They provide a voucher for Chikuzono Butcher’s croquettes, so enjoying those nostalgic, warm croquettes in my Room is one of my pleasures.I also enjoyed drinks in the lounge while taking in the night view of Mt. Rokko and spent a relaxing time. I look forward to staying with you again.

  • We had a relaxing stay.

    I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay in the Room.All of the staff were very kind, and both the front desk team and housekeeping greeted me politely whenever we passed in the hallways or elevators.I felt this Hotel was welcoming not only because of the Room, but also because of the warm hospitality.
