  • We had a relaxing stay.

    I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay in the Room.All of the staff were very kind, and both the front desk team and housekeeping greeted me politely whenever we passed in the hallways or elevators.I felt this Hotel was welcoming not only because of the Room, but also because of the warm hospitality.

  • A Hotel that feels like relaxing in your own living room

    I really like this Hotel and stay here several times a year.It is more comfortable to spend time at Chikuzono Hotel than at my parents’ home, and I am always grateful for your hospitality.With the large public bath, complimentary cocktail service, breakfast buffet, complimentary croquettes, and many other thoughtful touches,I can relax and enjoy my stay.The view of Mt. Rokko from the Room is also very beautiful and soothing.I’m looking forward to my next stay.
