  • The refrigerator is not cooling.

    The Room and bathroom were very clean. The coffee was especially delicious. Thank you. However, the refrigerator under the TV did not cool properly, and the mineral water remained lukewarm until the next day (even after adjusting the temperature settings).

  • The response of the front desk staff is excellent.

    I used it for a business trip. Among all the business hotels I have used so far, the front desk staff's service was the best. Although the entire building is non-smoking, there are smoking areas on multiple floors, not just the first floor. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.
