    From the moment we checked in, we received the warmest welcome.After a long trip from Tochigi Prefecture, we were tired, but your kindness truly touched us.During our stay, we spoke with the front desk staff several times, and everyone was full of hospitality, making our stay very comfortable.The Room was also very clean, with the bath and toilet separated.Thanks to your hotel, we were able to fully enjoy our first trip to Fukuoka.Thank you very much!

    We stayed for two nights during Silver Week. It was close to Hakata Station, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The Room had a separate bath and toilet, so even after a long day of walking, we could soak in the tub and relax comfortably. We chose the Multiple Night Stay no-cleaning Plan; it would have been nice if we could have received an extra set of pajamas for the next day in addition to towels. The staff were very courteous, and it was helpful that they could store our luggage after check-in. We had a wonderful time on our trip to Hakata. Thank you very much, and we would love to stay again when we visit Hakata in the future.
