Notice of Closure of the Hotel Multi-Story Parking Garage
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of THE LIVELY Fukuoka Hakata.
Due to a contract change, we will be closing our Hotel multi-story parking facility.
Closing Date & Time
Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:00 PM
From Sunday, November 1, 2026, all guests—including those staying overnight as well as those using our banquet facilities or restaurant—will be directed to our partner parking lots or nearby paid parking lots.
Please note that partner parking lots and nearby parking may be full depending on the date and time.
In particular, congestion is expected on weekends and during events, so we kindly ask you to also consider using public transportation.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1) Kamiyo Parking Tenyamachi
Address: 7-25 Tenyamachi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City
Hours: Same day 15:00 – next day 12:00
Fee: JPY 1,800 per night (during the hours above)
* Outside the hours above, regular rates apply.
* No in-and-out privileges.
* For a Multiple Night Stay, you must exit once by 12:00 and re-enter after 15:00.
2) D-PARKING
- Nakasu 5-chome No.1 (next to Osakaya)
- Nakasu 5-chome No.3 (next to the Hotel)
- Nakasu 5-chome No.6 (in front of the Hotel)
Fee: Regularly JPY 2,800 per 12 hours; however, with a Hotel ticket purchase you can park for JPY 2,500 per 20 hours.
* If you exceed the maximum time limit, additional fees will apply and must be paid at the parking lot.
* For stays of multiple nights, please purchase tickets for each night of your stay.
* No in-and-out privileges.
