I was impressed by the view from the 10th-floor room—seeing the familiar scenery around Ota Station I always use felt completely different. The self-serve coffee available from 6:30 a.m. was much appreciated. I checked in at 10:00 p.m. and it was a short stay, but I was able to relax comfortably. Thank you very much. (I rated it 3 stars because I did not use the Onsen.)
The front desk staff were very cheerful and friendly, which was wonderful.I was also happy to be able to enjoy complimentary welcome coffee at any time.
